About Target Muay Thai Fitness
As the name suggests, our gym values each student’s target when training Muay Thai. Whether you are training for stress-relief, personal fitness, cardiovascular conditioning or even for a professional fight, we wish that every student who comes to our gym knows his/her own purpose of training Muay Thai.
“What is my target?” – By answering your question, our instructors will teach what you target at and will tailor the best training methods (to you!) to help you achieve your goals while integrating Muay Thai as part of your daily life and ultimately, achieving health and wellness.
